We take a minimal approach to personal data. This website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling cookies, and it makes no third-party requests at all — the fonts are served from our own servers rather than a content network, so no outside company sees your IP address when you open a page. Your language and theme preference are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.
If you contact us by email, telephone or through the contact form, we process the information you provide solely in order to answer you and, where relevant, to manage the subscription or business relationship that follows. We keep it no longer than necessary for that purpose.
The contact form on this site does not transmit data to a server: it prepares a message in your own email client, which you send yourself.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Write to esin@helverux.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
